inspired by my most popular “Sixpack Workout” – the NEW VERSION!

Whenever I meet people who workout with my videos & ask them which one they like most they ALWAYS say: “your Sixpack Workout!”.
After 1.5 years it might be time for a new one then haha!

MY OPINION: burns even more, makes me sweat more and gives me such a good feeling in my abs! Maybe it’s also because I’m not as “used” to this exercise combination yet. In any way: you should definitely give it a try 🙂

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you’re used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed 🙂 If you need a break tho – take it! Just don’t quit!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

D1. Alexis's side planks fucking killed me, but other than that it wasn't that hard. (Maybe it's because I did it 3 times already-) I'm about to do Pamela Reif's now, wish me luck! Alright, I finished hers and wow! I sweat way more than the other one, I was boutta quit 5 minutes in! See you in about 5 hours when I repeat both routines!

D1. So, I did it again and honestly it felt harder the second timw because my abs fucking hurt. Like they really really do, anyways ill see you tomorrow.

been doing this for 1 month straight don't see much difference but I forgot to take photos before I started so don't think I will be able to even tell but my gosh does this workout kill your neck and this time around I felt it ion my thighs too. Anyone else feel this?

Hello! This is my first time trying out Pamela Reif's workouts! I have measured and will compare with day 14 measurements!

Day 1 🍡 – I like this work out. The workouts solely work on my abs, which I like. The 10 minutes flew by because of all the variations!

Day 2 🍡 – I love this, feeling the burn!!

Day 3 🍡 – My abs hurt when I did in and out. Like not the burning kind, it hurt in the middle of my abs. I've been eating like crap lately, I had pizza and Nando's this weekend.
